A once prodigious pianist lost his ability to hear himself play after the loss of his mother. However, after meeting a passionate violinist his world starts to slowly come to life again. With her help, he slowly rediscovers what it means to live life fully and play music with love.
Your Lie in April is a lovely anime that can really hit home. Although the music was ultimately beautiful, the scenes of playing piano/violin went on a little long sometimes. But in the end it was a heartfelt show that solidly earns its 9/10 from me.
