Daily Anime: Favorite Anime of Each Genre

The 30 day anime challenge brought up the question of what my favorite anime is overall. I settled on No Game No Life but felt like it wasn't a true enough statement because my favorites tend to be more "of this genre" than "overall" due to the varied nature of anime. This has prompted me to make this post with a highlight of my favorites of each genre. My metaphorical belt of anime does not include everything so if you have favorites for a genre that you think I left out, let me know! I went with genres that the anime is specifically tagged with on multiple sites to help me limit my options. I also left movies out and maybe will do a post on them specifically later.
